Pilgrimage with Shri Guruji

It was 3rd March, 2011. The day after Maha Shivaratri. Maha Shivaratri was celebrated yesterday with lot of enthusiasm and spiritual emotions under the guidance of Pujyapad Shri Guruji at Shiv Shakti Kul Aashram located at Vadodara, Gujarat State, India. We still could feel the fragrance of smoke in our nose which was generated from the Yajna (Sacred Fire Ritual)by the Aahuti (offering in to the sacred fire)given by Shiv Shakti Kul members. The atmosphere still filled with the vibrations of mass chanting of hymns by Brahmins.

There is very ancient and beautiful temple of Bhagavan Shivji about 16 km from Dakor, this temple of Solanki era is rich in a 11th century architecture and situated in a very breathtakingly beautiful natural setting. Although some parts of the Shikhara is damaged, most of the temple is still standing in its original beauty. On the 'sangam' (meeting point) of rivers Mahi and Galati (a small river), it is said, lived Galav Muni Chandrahaas of Puranic fame. In any case, at present the lovely rocky bank of Mahi and beautiful old Shivji temple on it has one spring of the River Galati constantly sprinkling water on the Shiv Lingam (Abhishek). It has a unique eight-sided hall. The walls have carved figures of of gods, 'gandharvas', humans, Rishis, horse riders, elephant riders, chariots, palanquins and the events of a human life from birth to death, besides historical event up to that period are all depicted in these carvings and makes the temple highly attractive.

There was nothing, No Planets, No Stars

Neither existed the Universe nor the time

Only He was there.

He, the Supreme and the Absolute

Beyond definition or description

All was he and he was all

Wished He

“ I am one, let there be many”

Absolute appeared from the Absolute

In the form of the  Energy Supreme

Adi Shakti, Amba the Mother Supreme

Created the Universe, Time and Space

Birds, Animals, Reptiles and Human Race

Rocks, Rivers, Hills and Oceans

All we see are Her creations

He manifested in to many

Dwelling into the  things , we may see any

He is our father and She is our mother

He is Shiv and She is Shakti

We are one family
